How Attract Screen maps to platform policy.

Plain-English posture, not legal advice. When this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms win.

Attract Screen is built for private chauffeurs, livery operators, and direct-booked drivers. We don't market the product to ride-share drivers, and we don't recommend arming a capture during platform-arranged trips.

Can I use it on an Uber or Lyft trip?

Use Display Only. Your brand sits on the screen and nothing on it asks the passenger for anything.

Keep Brand + Tap and Full Capture for trips you booked directly. Every major platform reserves the right to penalize off-platform solicitation, up to deactivating the driver's account — and with it the income from that app. Each platform sets its own rules, and they change.

Check your platform's terms of service. Attract Screen makes no representation that use during Uber, Lyft, or other platform-arranged trips complies with their policies.

The three Display Modes below are the dial. Match the mode to the trip type. Full Capture asks you to confirm that the trip is not platform-arranged, and that confirmation is recorded against your account with the date and the IP address it came from — so don't arm it on a platform trip.

Display Mode posture.

  • Display Only

Brand identity on the screen. No QR, no contact card, no share, no SMS.

    Posture
Safest posture for platform-arranged trips. Passive brand display only.

  • Brand + Tap

Brand identity plus a single capture mechanism the operator triggers.

    Posture
Defensible during direct-booked trips. Avoid during platform-arranged trips unless your platform's TOS explicitly permits passive capture.

  • Full Capture

All four corners armed with QR, vCard, share, and SMS.

    Posture
Designed for direct-booked trips only. Requires the operator's logged attestation that the trip is not platform-arranged.
